Your property will be advertised in a number of advertising mediums including:

Regional Multiple Listing Service. This is one of the most effective tools for marketing your home. A listing in the MLS exposes your listing to other agents. Your property will immediately be listed in this database with digital photos. This data is syndicated to all national real estate company websites as well as RMLS.com which is a searchable database of homes listed in the area which potential buyers utilize.

Your home will be promoted on close to 50 top searched local, regional, national, and international websites.

Advertise on Craig’s List

Provide a company sign and flyer box or perma-flyer strategically placed on your property.

Provide a professionally prepared flyer.

Mail Just Listed postcards to your neighbors. Many times the neighbors have friends who are interested in the neighborhood and people like to help select their neighbors.

Provide a custom website dedicated to selling your property. The website address on the flyer will clearly tell buyers how to find it. Your home’s website and property details will be sent to all the major Internet real estate sites providing substantial coverage for your home in the online marketing. This website will include lots of detail, photos, and information with links to local schools, neighborhood information and more.

Provide a Virtual Tour of your home with back ground music which will be posted on RMLS and the property website. Also syndicated to many other web sites ie..YouTube, Zillow, Trullia, and more.

Publicize your home to our office immediately so that our agents with qualified buyers can arrange a showing. Discuss your home in our staff meetings with agents until your home is sold.

Publicize your home to other Master’s Circle Members and other agents throughout the Portland Metro area.

Provide a Property Feature Book to be left on site for the prospective buyers to review. This book not only provides property information, but neighborhood information, school information, nearby businesses, and CC&R’s if applicable.

Provide booties and “Please Remove your Shoes” sign.

Place a lock box for Realtors access with maximum exposure. Register the lock box so that I know when it has been opened and by whom.

Request feedback from agents who have shown your home. Most agents prefer to have feedback requested using e-mail vs telephone calls. There are general questions such as: did the client like the home, what is the opinion of the condition of the home, the price, etc. (This does not guarantee response, but it has improved the number of responses returned.) Please also note: the lockbox registers every time an agent opens it. I do not get notification however until they update their card. This can cause a few days delay.

Hold Sunday Open houses once a month if you desire.

At the end of 45 days, provide a recap of the market activity.
